A dream built on family, fueled by fire, and shared with friends
Built on Family and Care
Erik and Mary dreamed of sharing barbecue long before they opened their doors. What began as a simple idea grew into a welcoming space where everyone feels like family. Erik's Brother and his family joined them to create a place where family and friends can come to relax and enjoy each other's company. Every dish reflects that spirit of care and connection.
Serving More Than a Meal
From downtown Fountain Hills to festivals across Arizona, barbecue is always on the move. The team serves daily in the restaurant, while two food trucks and a mobile kitchen bring fresh meals to events both big and small. Whether it’s a casual dinner, a community gathering, or a busy street festival, the focus stays the same—sharing quality food with neighbors near and far in a friendly, welcoming way.
Rooted in Local Support
This kitchen depends on more than wood smoke and recipes—it’s built on community ties. Whenever possible, ingredients come from local sources, and even the wood in the smoker is thoughtfully chosen nearby. Outside of service hours, the family can often be found enjoying other small businesses in town. Supporting the neighborhood both inside and outside the restaurant keeps the connection strong.
